6 Months Course
The Certificate in Culinary Arts (CCA) is a 6-month intensive program designed to provide beginners and aspiring chefs with a strong foundation in professional cooking. The course blends theory and hands-on practicals to cover essential culinary skills, including kitchen operations, cooking methods, Indian & international cuisines, menu planning, and food safety standards.
6 Months Course
The Certificate in Home-Based Food Business (CHBFB) is a 6-month practical program designed for aspiring food entrepreneurs who want to turn their cooking passion into a profitable venture. The course covers everything from recipe development, food safety, and packaging to marketing, costing, and online selling. Learners gain hands-on knowledge of managing a home kitchen as a business and are guided through real success stories, enabling them to confidently start and scale their own food enterprise.
